On Wednesday evening, the Philadelphia Phillies<\/a> played the final game of their series with the Chicago Cubs<\/a> (at home).<\/p>\n

The Phillies lost by a score of 11-2.<\/p>\n

Despite the loss, Bryce Harper<\/a> hit a home run.<\/p>\n

In addition, Harper also made MLB<\/a> history.<\/p>\n

With his 367th career home run, he moved ahead of Lance Berkman<\/a> for sole possession of 89th on the all-time home runs list.<\/a><\/p>\n

He also has ten walks and 11 strikeouts.<\/p>\n

The two-time MVP is in his eighth year playing for the Phillies.<\/p>\n

Harper was one of the most notable prospects in all of sports history.<\/p>\n

He was the first pick in the 2010 MLB Draft.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old spent the first seven years of his career playing for the Washington Nationals.<\/p>\n

They made the World Series in 2022 (but lost to the Houston Astros<\/a>).<\/p>\n
