Kieran has stated that these are areas he is genuinely passionate about and excited to build in.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe living sector is evolving fast, and I couldn\u2019t be more motivated to grow with it \u2013 developing new commercial capabilities, expanding into new markets, and helping grow our platform that sets the standard for what institutional student (PBSA) and residential living can look like at scale. Grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to what\u2019s ahead.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kieran Preston, General Manager of International Leasing and Commercial Strategy, Scape Australia<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Scape <a href=\"https:\/\/www.btrnews.au\/scape-receives-btr-investment-from-south-koreas-nps\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">secured a A$434.3m equity commitment<\/a> from Korea National Pension Service (NPS) to boost its investment strategies in the living sector.
