I sure hope you\u2019ve got your dancing shoes on, because German electronicore\u00a0band Electric Callboy<\/a> not only have a new song and animated music video for \u201cHypercharged,\u201d but they\u2019ve announced a new full-length record is coming out on August 7 via Century Media Records.<\/p>\n

Dubbed Tanzneid, the album will feature some new tracks, though we can\u2019t list them here because they haven\u2019t shared the tracklist. That being said, I\u2019m willing to bet it will include their more recent singles like \u201cElevator Operator\u201d, \u201cRATATATA\u201d, and the album\u2019s title track \u201cTanzneid.\u201d<\/p>\n

To celebrate the album\u2019s announcement, the band released a new track titled \u201cHypercharged\u201d. It\u2019s a pretty cool, uptempo piece of music that also serves as the theme song for a new Brawl Stars video game character named Damian. For those that don\u2019t know, Brawl Stars is a fighting video game.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve always been massive gaming fans, so teaming up with Brawl Stars felt like a perfect match from the start. The track came together naturally, and we loved seeing it take shape as Damian\u2019s theme. Damian fits our sound like he was built for it. Heavy, explosive, and impossible to ignore. It\u2019s pressure, groove, and madness all at once. We love it!\u201c\n<\/p>\n

When the album finally drops in August, it will take place during Escalation Fest 2026, where Electric Callboy will perform the entire new album for the first time. Their set will also include an Electric Bassboy DJ set with remixes, guest spots, and a whole lot more.<\/p>\n

Now that the album\u2019s been announced, Electric Callboy said they were excited for the world to hear what they\u2019ve been working on for a while. As such, they issued a statement sharing their thoughts and feelings about the new album.<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter our album TEKKNO and all the worldwide touring, TANZNEID took everything out of us. It was intense, exhausting, but also exactly what we needed after all the incredible moments we shared during that era.<\/p>\n

We took what we loved about TEKKNO and pushed it further, adding new elements, new sounds, and new extremes. Heavy beats, explosive drops, and moments that hit you right in the chest.
