Major Chinese brand CFMoto will make its Isle of Man TT debut in 2026, as British Sportsbike team MotoTwelve brings the machinery to the famous road race.<\/p>\n
CFMoto\u2019s presence in motorcycle racing has grown significantly in recent years, with the brand enjoying world championship success in Moto3 in 2024 with David Alonso.<\/p>\n
In recent months, CFMoto\u2019s name has also been linked to a potential step into the MotoGP class in the coming years.<\/p>\n
In 2026, the brand will make its debut at the Isle of Man TT, as MotoTwelve makes its maiden appearance at the event with Shaun Anderson and Jamie Cringle in the new Sportbike class.<\/p>\n
The CFMoto 675SR-R was second in the National Spotbike Championship on the British Superbike bill last season at the Brands Hatch finale.<\/p>\n

Anderson brings experience of 54 TT starts to the new project, while Cringle has five years of TT experience under his belt.<\/p>\n
Cringle said of the news: \u201cBorn and raised on the Isle of Man, this is a huge opportunity for me and one I\u2019m incredibly grateful for.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to learning more about the bike and working with the MotoTwelve team.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m already excited about racing the CFMoto 675SR-R. around the Mountain Course.\u201d<\/p>\n
Anderson added: \u201cIt\u2019s an exciting challenge to be part of a new project like this at the TT.<\/p>\n

\u201cBringing a new manufacturer to the Mountain Course is something different; our focus will be on building consistency and developing the bike throughout the week ahead of the two races.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Sportbike category takes over from the Supertwin class, with the regulations allowing for an expanded array of machinery to take part.<\/p>\n
MotoTwelve team owner Eddie Roberts is a previous TT winner, scoring victory in the 1975 Production race on a Honda 500 having also competed in the grand prix world championship.<\/p>\n
