Gold Coast Suns have included six-AFL listed players as they look to open their account against Essendon at People First Stadium, headlined by the return of Jamarra Ugle-Hagan. The Suns also regain Alex Sexton.<\/p>\n
Matt Guelfi, Archie Perkins and Dyson Sharp lead the Bombers inclusions, with eight changes made to the side which stayed with reigning premier Footscray for three quarters in Round 3.<\/p>\n
Southport will be without Frank Rosbrook medallist Jacob Dawson when it travels to Williamstown to take on the unbeaten Seagulls, however former skipper Michael Manteit makes a welcome return.<\/p>\n

Will Hoare will play his first game for Coburg when the Lions host St Kilda at Barry Plant Park. The rebounding defender played 37 games for the Bombers across the past four seasons before switching colours in the off-season.<\/p>\n

Werribee will be without suspended forward Massimo Raso and injured defender Emerson Jeka when it hosts Frankston at Melbourne Avalon Airport Oval, where the Tigers will be looking to record a 15th-consecutive win over the Dolphins.<\/p>\n
Sandringham skipper Blake Watson will play his first game of the season when the Zebras host North Melbourne at Wilson Storage Trevor Beach Oval, although in-form ruck Daniel Pinter with an ankle issue.<\/p>\n
The Kangaroos regain four AFL-listed players, including defender Toby Pink who has played 36 AFL games since making his AFL debut in 2024. However, they will be without Robert Hansen Jnr who was a standout in the Good Friday win over Carlton.<\/p>\n
Casey Demons regain Tom McDonald and Paddy Cross for their home clash with the Brisbane Lions on Sunday, while Kalani White will play his first game for the year.<\/p>\n
However, debutant Xavier Taylor, Max Heath and Matt Jefferson have been elevated to the AFL side after impressing in the win over Box Hill Hawks, while Aidan Johnson will miss through injury.<\/p>\n
Former Western Bulldogs and Carlton defender Liam Jones will play his first game for the Brisbane Lions. The 35-year-old played in Footscray’s VFL Grand Final win last year before being delisted by the Bulldogs at season end.<\/p>\n
Irish youngster and former Kerry gaelic footballer Ben Murphy will also play his first game for the Lions after being picked up as a Category B rookie last year.<\/p>\n
