UFC women\u2019s bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison had a fiery response to Ronda Rousey\u2019s viral press conference rant about her.<\/p>\n
UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey and women\u2019s bantamweight champion Kayla Harrison, despite their history in Judo, aren\u2019t the best of friends. Years after they squared off as top prospects at the 2005 U.S. Judo Championships, tensions remain high between Harrison and Rousey, who have both found success in Mixed Martial Arts.<\/p>\n
Harrison earned Rousey\u2019s former title by defeating Julianna Pena at UFC 316 last year, and was scheduled to fight her former foe, Amanda Nunes, at UFC 324 before withdrawing due to injury. Despite the setback, Harrison vs. Nunes is expected to take place sometime later this year.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, Rousey will appear in MMA for the first time in almost 10 years when she faces fellow legend Gina Carano in a Netflix main event next month. It didn\u2019t take long for Harrison to take notice.<\/p>\n
