Featuring an Amy Allen cowriting and a Cure namedrop, the new single welcomes the Grammy-winning pop princess back to the genre\u2019s upper ranks.<\/p>\n

\n\tFellow rock-adjacent pop star sombr also shared his new \u201cPotential\u201d single ahead of his set at Coachella weekend two slated for Saturday (April 18). Madonna also hyped up the dance floor with the first taste of Confessions II when she debuted new song \u201cI Feel So Free\u201d on iHeartRadio\u2019s Pride\u00a0Radio\u00a0Friday. Tyla and Zara Larsson channeled the sensual pop duets of eras past on their steamy \u201cShe Did It Again,\u201d while Demi Lovato paid tribute to Blackout-era Britney Spears with \u201cLow Rise Jeans.\u201d Lana Del Rey finally got her Bond theme (kind of) with \u201cFirst Light,\u201d a cinematic cut for the new James Bond video game of the same name. And Rosal\u00eda reloaded last year\u2019s critically acclaimed Lux with a handful of new songs, led by the soaring \u201cFocu \u2018Ranni.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThis week also featured new singles from Riley Green (\u201cMy Way\u201d), Midland (\u201cDrinkin\u2019 Dark Whiskey\u201d), Inayah (\u201cOutside\u201d), WizTheMc (\u201cWait For You\u201d), Buju Banton (\u201cButterflies\u201d), Cody Johnson (\u201cI Want You\u201d), 21 LIl Harold & BabyDrill (\u201cSpin\u201d), Ava Max (\u201cOut of Your Mind\u201d), Belles & Dolly Parton (\u201cSon of Jolene\u201d) and Kenya Grace (\u201cThe One You Loved\u201d).<\/p>\n

\n\tIn terms of larger projects, Nine Inch Noize \u2014 the collaborative outfit of Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize \u2014 dropped its 12-track self-titled set, featuring reimaginations of NIN classics such as \u201cCloser.\u201d One Direction alum ZAYN dropped his sultry fifth studio album, Konnakol, while Grammy-nominated MC Sexyy Red shared her new Yo Favorite Trappa Favorite Rappa LP. With some help from marquee pop names including Jack Antonoff, Charli xcx and FKA twigs, Anne Hathaway shared the full Mother Mary: Greatest Hits soundtrack for her new A24 film, which hits theaters this weekend. M.I.A. also debuted a fresh gospel pivot with her left-field new M.I.7 album.<\/p>\n
