The card is intended to help celebrate the USA\u2019s 250th anniversary, and features appearances from many top fighters.<\/p>\n<p>One of those fighters is Josh Hokit.<\/p>\n<p>Hokit last fought at UFC 327 earlier this month, when he defeated longtime heavyweight contender Curtis Blaydes by decision in a Fight of the Year contender. Immediately after the win, which brought him to 3-0 in the UFC, it was announced he\u2019ll have a quick turnaround to fight another heavyweight veteran in Derrick Lewis at the White House.<\/p>\n<p>The fight with Lewis will be the biggest moment of Hokit\u2019s career. As such, he is surely training hard for the challenge with his team in Albuquerque. That includes his coach Greg Jackson, who has trained legends like Jon Jones and Georges St-Pierre in the past.<\/p>\n<p>That being said, Hokit has revealed Jackson does not intend to attend the UFC White House event due to \u201cpersonal reasons.\u201d As a joke, he invited the UFC ring girls to take the coach\u2019s place.<\/p>\n<p>Josh Hokit: \u2018I don\u2019t have a coach\u2019 for UFC White House<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">My coach Greg Jackson will not be coaching me on the White House fight for personal reasons\u2026 I don\u2019t have a coach now\u2026 will the ring girls corner me please\u2026 tag them for me\ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Incredible Hok (@Josh_HokitUFC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Josh_HokitUFC\/status\/2045312939952066888?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">April 18, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy coach Greg Jackson will not be coaching me on the White House fight for personal reasons,\u201d Hokit said. \u201cI don\u2019t have a coach now\u2026 will the ring girls corner me please\u2026 tag them for me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hokit to not specify on the reasons Jackson won\u2019t be attending the White House event. That\u2019s presumably because those reasons are, well, personal.
