\n\tThe Judges overcame dropping the doubles point for the fourth time this season. All three matches were decided by 6-4 scores, with NYU winning at 1 and 3. Brandeis’s win came at #2 from sophomore Aidan Wang-Fan<\/a> (Richmond Hill, Ont.\/Bill Crothers Secondary School) and first-year Oliver Lorenz<\/a> (Albuquerque, N.M.\/Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy).
\n\tThe Judges won three of the first four singles matches to take a 3-2 lead.
\n\tJunior Pierce Garbett<\/a> (Coral Gables, Fla.\/Gulliver Prep) opened with a 6-3, 6-2, win at #2.
\n\tLorenz picked up his second win of the day at #4, 6-2, 4-6, 6-2.
\n\tSophomore Daniel Shemesh<\/a> (Modiin, Israel\/Ironi Hey School Modiin) got Brandeis within a point of victory at #1, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3.
\n\tNYU staved off defeat with a 6-4, 6-3 win at #3 to start the second round of matches.
\n\tWang-Fan clinched the team victory with a straight-set win at #6, 6-4, 6-3, before NYU won 7-6, 3-6, 10-6, in a third-set super-tiebreaker at #5.

\n\tThe Judges and Violets will next travel to Altamonte Springs, Florida, for the 2026 UAA tournament. Seeding for the tournament will be decided later this week.
