Speaking on Fox Footy\u2019s AFL Tonight, Herald Sun reporter Jon Ralph said Hollands had voluntarily submitted himself to a range of tests in the wake of last Thursday night.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe has conceded he was really battling in the lead into the game, so that is what Carlton will try and piece together. Whether there was a trigger point or some explosive episode that led into this manifestation,\u201d Ralph said.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut on the night, as that troubling behaviour really exhibited itself, he told the club\u2019s medicos that he was keen to play on, that he thought he could battle through it. That clearly wasn\u2019t the case.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut even when you look at his defensive running, he hit the top speeds for all 46 players out there on the night. <\/p>\n
\u201cSo there were, clearly, massive warning signs. But there were also some things he was doing okay. <\/p>\n
\u201cCertainly Carlton CEO Graham Wright said in that Friday press conference he does not believe alcohol and drugs were the issue.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ralph reported later to On The Couch that his testing was conducted on Friday morning.<\/p>\n
\u201cCollingwood\u2019s players were very clear in their belief that he was under the influence of alcohol.
