From losing out on Australian of the Year to her penchant for fake tan, no topic was off-limits as Carrie Bickmore\u2019s showbiz pals roasted her on national TV.<\/p>\n

Bickmore was the first guest on Seven\u2019s hilarious new show from Mick Molloy and Glenn Robbins called Celebrity Intervention, which premiered on Monday night.<\/p>\n

The popular broadcaster was a good sport as Tommy Little, Kate Langbroek, Pete Helliar and even her 18-year-old son lined up to take pot shots at her.<\/p>\n

Here are some of the standout jokes.<\/p>\n

Kate\u2019s cancer quip<\/p>\n

One of the most brutal gags in the episode came from Kate Langbroek as they discussed how Bickmore\u2019s incredible charity work for brain cancer had landed her a nomination for Australian of the Year.<\/p>\n

\u201cI lost to an astronaut,\u201d Bickmore said about Australian of the Year.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut not just any astronaut,\u201d Molloy responded. \u201cKatherine Bennell-Pegg. She\u2019s an astronaut who hasn\u2019t been to space yet! She\u2019s won for not doing her job.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTo be fair,\u201d Langbroek joked to Bickmore, \u201cyou haven\u2019t beaten brain cancer\u201d.<\/p>\n

The zinger shocked Bickmore who reminded Langbroek that they were supposed to be good friends.<\/p>\n

Molloy followed up with a joke about Carrie\u2019s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer<\/a>, which has raised more than $24 million since 2015.<\/p>\n

\u201c(You\u2019ve sold) 700,000 beanies, and the people who want to thank you the most are the kids who made those beanies in Bangladesh,\u201d he said as a fake image of a sweatshop appeared on screen.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were going to get them to send a message but they don\u2019t get a lunch break,\u201d Molloy added.<\/p>\n

Tommy\u2019s tan tale<\/p>\n

One of the other top jokes came from Bickmore\u2019s longtime radio co-host, Tommy Little.<\/p>\n

\u201cCarrie loves a tan like almost no one I\u2019ve ever met,\u201d he said. \u201cTo the point where you worked on TV next to Waleed (Aly) for many years, and yet people still refer to you as \u2018the brown one from The Project\u201d.<\/p>\n

Confronted by her own flesh and blood<\/p>\n

Bickmore\u2019s 18-year-old son got some of the biggest laughs of the night as he stood up in the crowd and read out a list of grievances about his famous mum.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like now is the time to tell you about something that has caused me great suffering and embarrassment,\u201d Ollie said. \u201cIt\u2019s your social media\u201d. <\/p>\n

\u201cThanks to your Instagram, all my friends knew you were getting a colonoscopy. And then there\u2019s the post where you pretended you were in Baywatch? It\u2019s weird that seeing you dressed as a lifeguard made me want to drown!\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n

Carrie\u2019s nude mishap<\/p>\n

As mentioned, Bickmore was a good sport throughout the intervention, and happily shared embarrassing stories from her life when prompted by Molloy and Robbins.<\/p>\n

One such story was when she accidentally flashed her son\u2019s friend who was only 11 or 12 at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was nine months pregnant, about to give birth, and I said goodbye to my darling son as he walked out the front door to walk to school,\u201d Bickmore explained. <\/p>\n

\u201cThen I got naked, because that\u2019s what you do when you\u2019re heavily pregnant and it\u2019s summer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was going to go have a shower and then I saw through the little shutters in the bedroom that Ollie was walking back up the driveway towards the front door, so I opened the front door fully naked and I said, \u2018what did you forget?\u2019 <\/p>\n

\u201cBut it wasn\u2019t Ollie!\u201d Bickmore said. \u201cIt was his best friend\u201d.<\/p>\n

Bickmore didn\u2019t want the friend to think that women should be ashamed of their bodies, so she had a conversation with the young fella while she was completely starkers.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt became a permanently real weird thing,\u201d she said, much to the amusement of the studio audience.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe didn\u2019t tell his parents for a while, who are my close friends, and then I had to tell them, and yeah, we don\u2019t make eye contact now,\u201d she laughed.<\/p>\n

Who\u2019s next?<\/p>\n

Speaking to news.com.au last week<\/a>, Molloy revealed which other famous Aussies we can expect to see on Glenn & Mick\u2019s Celebrity Intervention in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

\u201cDr Chris Brown is great. He comes on and faces the music. We bring out all the families of pets he\u2019s had put down,\u201d Molloy laughed. \u201cThat\u2019s very moving.\u201d<\/p>\n

Guy Sebastian, Jim Jefferies, Sam Pang, Andy Lee, Dave Hughes and Mick Fanning have also filmed episodes, with only a couple of well known people turning down the TV opportunity.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe asked Ed Sheeran and Kylie (Minogue) and they said \u2018no\u2019. And Cocaine Cassie hasn\u2019t returned our calls,\u201d Molloy joked.<\/p>\n
