It\u2019s endemic in that football club,\u201d Riccio said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have failed for so many years now to nail their recruitment and promote their own within their own backyard and to hold on to those in their own backyard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe mere fact that we\u2019ve got this point in time and they\u2019re looking under the hood and looking at every person in that business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think Shane Flanagan and Ben Haran will be the only heads to roll once the Dragons are finished.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Young explains change for Kyle Flanagan | 01:33<\/p>\n<p>After Riccio revealed that more changes to the front office could occur sooner rather than later, NRL 360 co-host Braith Anasta pressed on about who could depart next.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWho else is there? Who else is going to roll?\u201d Anasta said.<\/p>\n<p>To which Riccio replied, \u201cI think high performance, I think their football structure, as far as their pathways program. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI honestly think this has to be a turning of the page moment for the club. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cShane Flanagan\u2019s only another Anthony Griffin (and) only another Paul McGregor. It just keeps happening.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Young: &#8220;No one knows the club like me&#8221; | 07:08<\/p>\n<p>In stating that changes need to be made from the pathways program to the very top of the club, it is understood that success won\u2019t occur until these changes happen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re saying all these people are all underneath the leadership at the club. You can\u2019t just keep getting rid of people underneath,\u201d Anasta continued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd probably you\u2019re right Braith.
