SLALOM PRESENTS \u2018SOFT CUBISM\u2019 AT SALONE DEL MOBILE 2026<\/p>\n

The showcase presents a refreshed color palette collection, aligned with Slalom\u2019s manifesto \u2018Acoustethics\u2019 \u2014 a core philosophy that weaves together acoustics, ethics, and product aesthetics. Visitors are invited into a space where sound and sight are balanced to support human wellbeing, showing how nuanced, nature-inspired hues can mitigate the stress often triggered by modern, monochromatic interiors.<\/p>\n

Whilst fostering sustainable acoustic solutions for the corporate and hospitality sectors, Slalom tapped Swedish designer and art director Teklan for refreshing the brand<\/a>\u2019s wide range of finishes and colors. The longtime collaborator<\/a>, known for her architectural approach to color forecasting, frames color as a structural design tool, intending to create a palette that functions similarly to architectural wall paint. The resulting Teklan x Slalom collection features mineral, light, and subtle tones designed to interact with architecture and absorb light. These shades are engineered to be soft without being vague and present without being overwhelming, providing architects with a nuanced toolkit to shape the perception of a room from the earliest stages of a project.<\/p>\n
