Jules Neale has shared an emotional update with followers as she continues to navigate life following her separation from AFL star Lachie Neale.<\/p>\n
The split came after a highly publicised period in the couple\u2019s relationship, which saw Jules relocate from Queensland to Western Australia with daughter Piper and son Freddie, while Lachie remained in Brisbane due to his commitments with the Lions.<\/p>\n
Since the separation, the pair have been co-parenting their two children across state lines, with Lachie describing the arrangement as \u201cobviously tough\u201d while praising Jules for her flexibility and support.<\/p>\n

By continuing you agree to our Terms<\/a> and Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n Jules appeared visibly emotional in an Instagram Story on Tuesday after trying hypnotherapy for the first time, saying she had spent an hour crying following the session.<\/p>\n \u201cDon\u2019t mind my appearance I\u2019ve just been like crying for like an hour straight because I did hyponotherapy.\u201d<\/p>\n She said the experience had helped her process emotions in a way she hadn\u2019t achieved through traditional therapy, describing it as unexpectedly powerful.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was incredible. I just wanted to share it cos I thought if anyone is dealing with anything emotionally, you know, any kind of trauma or anything that you would go to normal talk therapy, traditional talk therapy for. Maybe try hynotherapy as well because I feel like that did a lot more for me in one session than talk therapy has before.\u201cIt kind of delves a little bit deeper I suppose. Yeah it was really incredible so I just wanted to share that. Sending my love.\u201d<\/p>\n Jules has previously spoken about \u201crebuilding her glow quietly\u201d and focusing on herself after the breakdown of her marriage, while also adjusting to single parenting life in Perth.<\/p>\n After celebrating her 36th birthday, she reflected on her personal journey on Instagram: \u201cI used to be religious about my routine. And then I got a little distracted along the way,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n \u201cI stopped showing up for myself the way I used to. But lately, I have been fighting my way back. There\u2019s just something really powerful about rebuilding your glow quietly.<\/p>\n \u201cMy mornings feel brighter, my days feel lighter, and it feels like I\u2019m choosing myself again.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Lachie has remained based in Brisbane with the Lions, continuing his AFL career while co-parenting from afar, saying he is \u201cvery fortunate\u201d Jules allows him flexibility to see the children despite the distance.<\/p>\n
