{"id":625340,"date":"2026-04-23T08:33:08","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T08:33:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/625340\/"},"modified":"2026-04-23T08:33:08","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T08:33:08","slug":"radio-ratings-mix94-5s-breakfast-show-with-pete-and-kymba-remains-was-most-listened-to-radio-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/625340\/","title":{"rendered":"Radio ratings: Mix94.5\u2019s breakfast show with Pete and Kymba remains WA\u2019s most listened-to radio show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Mix94.5\u2019s Perth breakfast show with Pete and Kymba continues to grow in popularity and remains the most listened to radio show in WA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The latest GFK radio ratings and results of the second survey for 2026 were released on Thursday, which confirmed the breakfast duo\u2019s continual place as a favourite among local audiences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">The Pete and Kymba Show recorded the biggest growth of any show or station, with an extra 41,000 listeners from Monday to Friday, meaning 319,000 people in Perth tune into the show each week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Combined with regional audiences across the State, The Pete and Kymba Show has held its position as the most-listened-to show in WA.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Mix94.5 as a whole is Perth\u2019s second-most listened to station with 12.1 per cent share and 587,000 listeners overall. It comes in just behind Nova, which has 15.5 per cent of the market and 679,000 listeners. Nova\u2019s breakfast show, Nathan, Nat and Shaun, remains the top show in Perth\u2019s metro area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">Thrilled with the latest good results, Pete and Kymba said: \u201cWe love this city, and we love the people in it, so to see more of Perth choosing to spend their mornings with us means everything. This show is built for Perth, and it\u2019s a real privilege to be part of people\u2019s daily lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-9cqv6l-StyledPNParagraph e8utp6u0\">At 92.9 Triple M, the station sits as the king of men in Perth.
