Kyle Sandilands has moved out of his Sydney rental and relocated to a mansion minutes away.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, movers were spotted at the $13 million Vaucluse property, in Sydney’s east, where the shock jock has been living with his wife Tegan Kynaston and their son Otto.<\/p>\n

Sandilands’ business manager Bruno Bouchet confirmed to SkyNews.com.au that the radio stalwart is moving into his other Vaucluse mansion, after renovations were completed.<\/p>\n

The mansion, purchased for $14 million in late 2023, will now be Sandilands’ primary Sydney residence, following the internal renovations.<\/p>\n

It comes as the first full radio survey of 2026 revealed the explosive exit of Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has already resulted in a dent to KIIS FM’s ratings.<\/p>\n

This is despite the duo only being off air for four weeks of the survey period, as reported by News.com.au.<\/a><\/p>\n

The KIIS FM breakfast show, previously The Kyle and Jackie O Show, shed one audience share point in the latest GfK radio ratings survey.<\/p>\n

The network captured 11.7 per cent audience share (the percentage of total listeners during that time period), down from 12.7 percent from the previous survey.<\/p>\n

KIIS retained the top rating spot among FM broadcasters in the breakfast slot while the overall top rating breakfast show of the survey was 2GB host Ben Fordham’s, with a 16.8 per cent audience share.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, new details of how Sandilands and Henderson’s decades-long partnership came to an end<\/a> has been revealed in explosive court documents.<\/p>\n

Sandilands and Henderson are both suing the broadcaster for wrongful termination, but the Commonwealth Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), a subsidiary of ARN Media that runs KIIS FM, is hitting back.<\/p>\n

According to documents filed in the Federal Court on Tuesday, Sandilands allegedly erupted at his co-host in a brutal row off-air, months before the infamous spat that brought their partnership to an end.<\/p>\n

The CBC alleged the shock jock spoke “contemptuously” to his co-host.<\/p>\n

Henderson has also cited the same alleged incident in her claim against the network.<\/p>\n

When the show came to an end, the row boiled over and continued long after the microphones were switched off, as reported by\u00a0Daily Mail.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cKyle, that’s a bit rough, like f***en hell, I haven’t done anything to f***en cop it,\u201d Henderson is alleged to have said, according to CBC’s defence documents.<\/p>\n

Sandilands allegedly accused Henderson of being “too much of a mother hen” and not focused on their show together.<\/p>\n

“Don’t f***ing bother coming back either until you get your f***ing s**t together like a normal person,” he allegedly said.<\/p>\n
