\n\tEXCLUSIVE: Psychological sci-fi thriller\u00a0April X<\/a>, starring Connor Storrie<\/a> (Heated Rivalry) and Lilly Krug<\/a> (Plane), has secured distribution in the U.S. and a host of international markets.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe near future thriller \u201cfollows twins Bax and April. When April goes missing, Bax searches every dark corner of the post Soviet cityscape trying to find her, ultimately descending into madness.\u201d It marks the first film released for Storrie since his global hit TV series Heated Rivalry.<\/p>\n

\n\tDirected by Michel K. Parandi and produced by Lavinia Postolache under U.S. banner Lavi Star, international sales were brokered by Italy-based Iuvit Media Sales, which will continue deal-making at the Cannes<\/a> market.<\/p>\n

\n\tSunrise Films and Rialto Distribution \u2014 which have both recently picked up films for the U.S. market \u2014 have jointly acquired North American rights and plans a theatrical release in more than 500 theaters in late September 2026.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe film has also secured distribution internationally in UK & Ireland (Vertigo Releasing), Germany, Switzerland & Austria (Tiberius Film), Eastern Europe (Magnetes Pictures), French-speaking territories (Hausmann Media), South Korea (Jaye Entertainment), Australia & New Zealand (Rialto Distribution), and India & SAARC (Lionsgate Play).<\/p>\n
