Donnie Wahlberg<\/a> recently joined Andy Cohen<\/a> and co-host John Hill on Radio Andy\u2019s<\/a> \u201cAndy Cohen Live,\u201d where he opened up about shooting \u201cBoston Blue\u201d primarily in Toronto and revealed that he offered to give up half of his paycheck to film in Boston.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe shoot in Toronto, but honestly, Andy, we couldn\u2019t film it in Boston full-time because it\u2019s nonstop \u2026 The duck boats are going by, and the duck boat tour guides have on these headsets with speakers, and it\u2019s literally in the background of a scene,\u201d Donnie said. \u201cYou hear, \u2018Oh my god, there\u2019s Donnie Wahlberg right over there on the corner. I grew up near Donnie. Everyone get your cameras out,\u2019 and then I gotta run over to the duck boat and pose for pictures with everyone, and my cousins, my uncles, my aunts, my nieces, my nephews, my nephew\u2019s nephew\u2019s nephew\u2019s nephew comes.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cEverybody\u2019s there, and we wouldn\u2019t get any work done \u2026 You\u2019re literally hearing cars honking as I\u2019m doing my dialogue. \u2018Donnie, how\u2019s your father?\u2019 \u2018He\u2019s in heaven.’\u201d<\/p>\n
