Aprilia\u2019s 2027 MotoGP prototype will complete its first laps at Jerez next week, test rider Lorenzo Savadori has confirmed.<\/p>\n
While KTM and Honda have already released videos of their 850cc prototypes on track, Ducati\u2019s 2027 bike was recently spotted in the hands of Michele Pirro at Misano<\/a>.<\/p>\n Yamaha is also understood to have completed some initial running of an 850 behind closed doors.<\/p>\n Aprilia<\/a> will now join the list with Savadori – competing as a wild-card in this weekend’s Spanish MotoGP – staying on the 1000cc RS-GP for Monday\u2019s Official test, before returning on the new 850cc later in the week.<\/p>\n \u201cI will test the 850 here on Wednesday and Thursday,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n Article continues below ADVERTISEMENT<\/p>\n \u201cOf course, the engine has been running since last year, but it will be on track for the first time.<\/p>\n \u201cI can\u2019t wait to try the new era of MotoGP.
