Cronulla have just run through the middle of the Cowboys’ defence and\u00a0Siosifa Talakai has a double.<\/p>\n
It started with a strong run from Addin Fonua-Blake, who had a quick-play-the-ball on Cronulla’s 40-metre line.<\/p>\n
Hooker\u00a0Blayke Brailey ran from dummy-half and got an offload to Nicho Hynes, who made the line break.<\/p>\n
Hynes passed to fullback Will Kennedy, who continues the run, then passes to his right, where there is space.<\/p>\n
Second-rower\u00a0Billy Burns runs and draws in the last Cowboy defender, then passes to\u00a0Talakai for the try.<\/p>\n

The Sharks started the set on their own 30-metre line, and a six-again restart gave them the chance to attack North Queensland’s goal-line.<\/p>\n
Talakai received a pass from Nicho Hynes near the line, and the big centre beat one defender and carried another to the goal-line.<\/p>\n

Cowboys coach Todd Payten is thrilled to have big names back<\/p>\n
North Queensland have been boosted by the return of a trio of key players.<\/p>\n
Reed Mahoney and Murray Taulagi are back from head knocks, but the big return is\u00a0Jeremiah Nanai.<\/p>\n
This will be the first match for the Queensland Origin rep this season, after having shoulder surgery in the off-season.<\/p>\n
Speaking to Fox League, Cowboys coach Todd Payten says the team just needs Nanai to do his job well this evening.<\/p>\n
“Very good player, really important to what we do,” Payten said of Nanai.<\/p>\n
“He’s a real threat for us. He’s put in the hard work in the rehab space \u2026 we don’t expect him to be a world-beater tonight.”<\/p>\n
