Remove items from your saved list<\/a> to add more.<\/p>\n Save this article for later<\/p>\n Add articles to your saved list and come back to them anytime.<\/p>\n Got it<\/p>\n AAA<\/p>\n A teenager has been charged over an alleged stabbing on a bus in Joondalup that left a 16-year-old in critical condition at Royal Perth Hospital.<\/p>\n WA Police allege a physical altercation occurred between a group of youths and the teenage victim on a bus travelling along Grand Boulevard on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n In a statement, a WA Police spokesperson said a 16-year-old from Carramar had been charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or prevent arrest wounded or caused grievous bodily harm.<\/p>\n \u201cDuring the altercation, it will be alleged the accused stabbed the victim with a knife,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n \u201cThe group and the victim exited the bus before the victim collapsed.<\/p>\n \u201cHe was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital where he is in a critical but stable condition.\u201d<\/p>\n The alleged attacker is due to appear before Perth Children\u2019s Court today.<\/p>\n Lakelands man charged over pub brawl<\/p>\n In a separate incident, Mandurah detectives have charged a man after a serious assault in Lakelands on Friday.<\/p>\n A 32-year-old man from Lakelands has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm after police received reports of a fight involving several people inside a licensed premises located at the corner of Barrine Road and Seppings Parade.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is alleged that while inside the venue, the victim \u2013 a man aged in his 30s \u2013 was assaulted by another male believed to be known to him,\u201d a police spokesperson said.<\/p>\n \u201cThe victim later presented to Rockingham Hospital and, due to the extent of his injuries, was transferred to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of serious facial and eye injuries.\u201d<\/p>\n The alleged attacker had his bail refused and will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.<\/p>\n WA Police are urging anyone who witnessed either incident, or who has information that may assist the investigations, to contact Crime Stoppers<\/a> or call 1800 333 000.<\/p>\n Save<\/p>\n You have reached your maximum number of saved items.<\/p>\n![\"A](\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/6f5a6a32334a3c2dd255f49d486eb6cea7a7376bdb48098ae0f3b337bfe0e222.jpeg\")
