The Red Roses<\/a> continued their red-hot start to the Six Nations with yet another thumping win, beating Wales 62-24 at Ashton Gate.<\/p>\n It was pretty even going in the opening quarter, with John Mitchell\u2019s side leading 12-7 after scores from Maddie Feaunati and debutant Millie David, with Wales crossing via Keira Bevan. It would be the hosts who took that chance, coming away 41-14 victors.<\/p>\n Italy raced into a 29-0 lead by half-time thanks to braces from Alyssa D\u2019Inca and Vittoria Zanette alongside a score from Aura Muzzo.<\/p>\n That lead quickly became 34-0 after the break, with Vittoria Vecchini adding her side\u2019s fifth of the afternoon just four minutes into the half.<\/p>\n Scotland were next on the scoreboard as Lana Skeldon crossed for their first of the afternoon, but it was only a momentary reprieve as Giordana Duca got Italy\u2019s sixth just six minutes after.<\/p>\n The visitors did have the last laugh, though, with Molly Poolman dotting down, but it was mere conciliation as Italy had already secured a resounding victory.<\/p>\n Want more from Planet Rugby?
