The Bengals had an obvious need to upgrade their defense. While Lawrence will help right away, it is questionable to deal away such a valuable pick for a player who will be 29 this season and only sign him to a one-year contract extension. Howell and Davis could help the defense as rookies.<\/p>\n

Selecting two centers is interesting, although positional flexibility is possible. Young is another upside pick with some red flags in his history.<\/p>\n
