A Queensland man might be up for a speedier recovery than expected after he landed an impressive $2 million Lotto win from his sick bed.<\/p>\n
The Toowoomba resident revealed to lottery officials <\/a>he’s been off work, bedridden with illness, but thankfully, he was well enough to pick up the phone and learn of his division one win in Saturday’s Lotto draw.<\/p>\n ‘You’re joking, that’s awesome news!” he told The Lott<\/a>, revealing he nearly didn’t buy a ticket because of his sickness.<\/p>\n “I almost didn\u2019t bother going through with purchasing the ticket… but I\u2019m so glad I did!” he said.<\/p>\n The winning numbers for the draw were 45, 12, 17, 3, 11, and 14, while the supplementary numbers were 32 and 21. There were three division one winners altogether, the others coming from NSW and South Australia.
