First Anthropic\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afr.com\/link\/follow-20180101-p5zq4n\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mythos<\/a>, an AI tool apparently so powerful that its release must be delayed and made available only to select major US businesses. Now OpenAI\u2019s GPT-5.4-Cyber, the rollout of which has been limited to select US tech firms, arming them with the necessary tools to fight against what will be a rise in AI-assisted cyber intrusions.<\/p>\n<p>The cynical among us would marvel at how effective OpenAI and Anthropic are at marketing.
