Like it or not, it also remains one of the biggest things that fans and media enjoy going back and analyzing to see &#8220;what could have been.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pff.com\/news\/draft-2020-nfl-redraft-pff-grades-data\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Pro Football Focus has done a good job this offseason;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Pro Football Focus has done a good job this offseason<\/a> by starting a re-draft series that we have been tracking here on Vikings Wire. In their latest draft, they looked back on it, and it just so happens to be one of the more impactful ones in recent memory for the <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/minnesota-vikings\/347\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Minnesota Vikings;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Minnesota Vikings<\/a> franchise: The 2020 NFL Draft.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>The team landed franchise legend, and can we say already future Hall of Famer? Justin Jefferson. In this exercise, he does not make it to the Vikings pick but instead heads to division rival <a href=\"https:\/\/sportsdata.usatoday.com\/football\/nfl\/teams\/detroit-lions\/334\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Detroit Lions;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Detroit Lions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>PFF&#8217;s Trevor Sikkema writes, &#8220;The Lions badly needed help at wide receiver in 2020, with none of their wideouts posting even a 75.0 PFF overall grade that season. Detroit is able to nab arguably the best receiver in football here in Jefferson. His 7,432 receiving yards in his first five seasons are 648 more than any other receiver in NFL history. Jefferson\u2019s 93.6 PFF overall grade since he was drafted is also the best of any receiver in the league.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Talk about a nightmare scenario for Vikings fans.
