Beau Ryan has made a bold prediction about Kyle Sandilands\u2019 radio future.<\/p>\n

Kyle is currently locked in a legal battle with ARN, the company that owns KIIS FM, after they ripped up his $100 million contract<\/a> in March following an explosive on air fight with Jackie O.<\/p>\n

Kyle is pushing to either have his contract paid out, or be allowed back on air at KIIS FM.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s been speculation this could potentially be the end of Kyle\u2019s radio career, but his good mate Beau isn\u2019t so sure.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know that he will be back because he is hungry to be back,\u201d the Triple M Sydney breakfast host told news.com.au.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think we will see him working at ARN \u2026 I think the damage has been done. They don\u2019t want to pay him. He wants what\u2019s owed. But I think if it was up to him, I think he\u2019ll be somewhere else. Where? That is a good question.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beau revealed that he caught up with Kyle a few weeks ago backstage at Australian Idol, and could tell the ex-KIIS FM host was struggling with not being allowed on air.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe misses it,\u201d Beau said. \u201cYou can see it in his body language, you can see it when he\u2019s been papped or filmed any interviews he\u2019s done outside of court.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Triple M host added that it must have been a \u201cshock\u201d for Kyle to lose his job so suddenly.<\/p>\n

\u201cImagine doing 20 plus years and it\u2019s taken from you, and there was no weaning off,\u201d he said. \u201cJackie was gone for a couple of weeks and then he\u2019s gone. That\u2019s hard.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe wants to get back on air and have his listeners and family, his production (team) and everyone. He wants his life back.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe will be back, but he misses it so much, I can see it in him,\u201d Beau told news.com.au. <\/p>\n

The ex-NRL star isn\u2019t as convinced that Jackie O, who is also taking legal action against ARN, is as desperate for a return to the airwaves as her former partner.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe can work wherever she wants in the country,\u201d he said. \u201cShe\u2019s one of the most brilliant people to ever work on radio. But I just feel like Kyle wants it more.\u201d<\/p>\n

Borrowing Kyle\u2019s ideas<\/p>\n

With The Kyle and Jackie O Show having come to a sudden end, thousands of their loyal listeners are now looking for a new breakfast show to tune into each morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur audience has changed and we can see it,\u201d Beau told news.com.au. \u201c(We have) noticed people calling up from all over the city, coming from different shows.\u201d<\/p>\n

Triple M\u2019s Beau, Cat and Woodsy even stole one of Kyle and Jackie O\u2019s longest running segments, the birthday wheel, in order to make new listeners feel welcome.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe (Kyle) said someone came up to him and said, \u2018mate, Triple M are doing your segments.\u2019 He goes, \u2018I love it!\u2019 He\u2019s got no choice really,\u201d Beau laughed.<\/p>\n

The larrikin said he\u2019s confident they can convert some of Kyle and Jackie O\u2019s longtime listeners into Triple M fans.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe need them to sample us, and once they do, we\u2019re confident they\u2019ll stay,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
