R\ufeffadio star Mitch Churi<\/a> has hilariously responded to claims he exhibited rude behaviour at The Devil Wears Prada 2<\/a> premiere in Sydney earlier this week.<\/p>\n

On social media, the Mitch Churi Chat Show host shared a screenshot of an article from The Daily Mail that claimed he had jumped the queue to get into the event upon seeing his friend, fellow radio host Abbie Chatfield<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In response, Churi lip-synced over an apt soundbite from the original film<\/a>, in which Miranda Priestly exasperatedly tells her assistant, \ufeff”When we get back to New York we need to contact… Leslie, to see what she can do to minimise the press… on this” in the aftermath of a scandal.<\/p>\n

In his caption, the radio host declared, “Miranda would have done it”, adding one of the Meryl Streep character’s most famous lines: “That’s all.”<\/p>\n

Churi’s celebrity friends added to the banter, with fellow entertainment reporter and podcast host Justin Hill pointing out, “This sound was made for this moment.”<\/p>\n

Fellow podcast host Rosie Waterland joked, “As soon as I read this I knew it was true because yesterday at Acast [the company that hosts both their podcasts] I was about to open the fridge and you pushed in front of me and opened the fridge and you know what I’m emailing the Daily Mail immediately\ufeff.”<\/p>\n

One fan added, “One time Mitch Churi punched me in the face. It was awesome”\ufeff, quoting Mean Girls.<\/p>\n

“I’ve never seen you cut in line, but I’ve long thought you were capable of it,” joked another.<\/p>\n

“So glad to see someone is finally tackling the big issues in the media.”\ufeff<\/p>\n

Attending the premiere at the State Theatre on Tuesday, \ufeffChuri wore a monochromatic beige look consisting of a jacket and trousers, wearing a white dress shirt with a brown checkered tie and brown shoes.<\/p>\n

Chatfield was also among the guests at the event, which came a day after her debut on KIIS FM on Monday.<\/p>\n

The It’s a Lot with Abbie Chatfield podcast host has taken over the morning slot Kyle and Jackie O once held, at least for this week.<\/p>\n

The Bachelor alum dressed in a \ufeffwhite mini-dress with a low neckline and black pocket detailing, tying the look together with black platform heels and a pair of black stockings as an homage to the office culture of the film.<\/p>\n
