The Atlanta Braves announced a few moves prior to Friday evening\u2019s game in Colorado<\/a>, beginning with recalling right-hander Hunter Stratton<\/a> to Atlanta. The club also selected the contract of fellow righty Anthony Molina<\/a>. Things were not as fortunate for Joel Payamps<\/a> and Jos\u00e9 Suarez<\/a>, who were each designated for assignment.<\/p>\n

Stratton has yet to make his 2026 debut at the major league level, but in Triple-A, he\u2019s put together a 4.50 ERA in 11 games.<\/p>\n

Molina made his season debut Friday night, where he threw two hitless innings. He recorded just one base on balls.<\/p>\n

Given that Payamps and Suarez have been DFA\u2019d, this looks to be a step in the right direction for the Atlanta bullpen.<\/p>\n
