\u201cWell, I don\u2019t think it\u2019s a surprise for Kimi because they\u2019ve been the fastest car since the beginning of the year, and Kimi has done an incredible job in the last three races,\u201d the Ferrari driver said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI mean, Max and Red Bull are a bit more of a surprise, but they brought a significant upgrade, and they are a great team.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve shown it over the past years, so it\u2019s not that we can rely on them staying where they were for the first three races.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo we expected a reaction, but it\u2019s a very impressive reaction to be back on the front row after being so far off in the first races.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s special. But yeah, our job is to do just the same and to finish in front of those guys. So that\u2019s where my focus is at the moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leclerc will start Sunday\u2019s Miami Grand Prix from third on the grid, as Ferrari\u2019s initial pole hopes faded by Q3.<\/p>\n
While acknowledging that the wind had changed for qualifying, Leclerc doesn\u2019t believe this hindered Ferrari.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe wind is definitely a factor,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think track temperature wasn\u2019t that different, so I don\u2019t think that is a reason.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut the wind has for sure changed a little bit.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhether it will affect our car more than others, I don\u2019t believe in that.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, I think it\u2019s somewhere else the answer.<\/p>\n
\u201cMaybe it is the track evolution, and we didn\u2019t anticipate that well, and maybe by just pushing a little bit more today in qualifying the weaknesses of the car were a little bit more apparent.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo yeah, but I obviously didn\u2019t have a close look at the data just yet as I just got out the car. So we\u2019ll have to look at the details and try to understand where we lost most time.\u201d<\/p>\n
