It provides funding to boost international collaboration, commercialisation and innovation with priority partners in key science and technology areas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Funded projects will focus on\u00a0Australian Government priority areas including\u00a0artificial intelligence and advanced manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>The successful projects include:<\/p>\n<p>AI optimisation of advanced nanoporous hydrogen storage materials manufacturing\u00a0<br \/>\nadvanced biology addressing antimicrobial resistance in aquaculture<br \/>\na manufacturing process of a first-in-class theranostic agent for precision cancer radiotherapy<br \/>\nAI-driven coastal ocean water quality forecasting for sustainable development<br \/>\na machine learning framework for self-organising, low-earth orbit satellite networks<br \/>\nAI in collaborative robotics for advanced manufacturing factories<br \/>\nmanufacturing physical AI sensor networks through printed nanomaterials<br \/>\nAI-based positioning technology for lunar exploration<br \/>\nquantum-grade nanodiamonds for widescale quantum technology deployment.<\/p>\n<p>For these projects, Australian researchers will work with their counterparts in:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Singapore<br \/>\nVietnam<br \/>\nJapan<br \/>\nMalaysia<br \/>\nNew Zealand<br \/>\nRepublic of Korea.<\/p>\n<p>The Australian Academy of Technology, Science and Engineering (ATSE) administer the program in partnership with the Australian Academy of Science (AAS).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The GSTDF is a targeted program that supports Australian researchers and businesses.
