Before joining Hubbard, Eagan spent 16 years with Cox Media Group, most recently as Senior VP of Audience and Programming. In that role, he oversaw programming strategy, audience development, and multiplatform distribution across 10 markets. His background also includes serving as Operations Director for Cox\u2019s Atlanta cluster, along with leadership as the company\u2019s AC\/Hot AC format specialist.<\/p>\n
Eagan\u2019s earlier career includes programming roles in New Haven, Providence, and Boston, building a resume centered on major-market brand development and audience growth.<\/p>\n
