Penrith forward Liam Martin has declared he will reach test his worth on the open market when he reaches free agency on November 1.<\/p>\n

The Panthers are facing a massive battle to retain several of their stars <\/a>with Martin, Isaah Yeo, Nathan Cleary, Brian To\u2019o, Mitch Kenny, Moses Leota all off contract at the end of 2027.<\/p>\n

That happens to be when the PNG Chiefs enter the competition with Cleary and Yeo have already indicating they will head to free agency.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs, armed with the ability offer tax-free contracts, have already secured the signature of Jarome Luai and are tipped to make a play for a number of the Panthers\u2019 stars.<\/p>\n

Martin would like to remain at the foot of the mountains, according to Code Sports,<\/a> but he\u2019s also open to joining the Chiefs.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not out of the question. It\u2019s definitely of interest,\u201d Martin said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing part of something new and like, how much they love football, it\u2019s incredible. And obviously Jarome going, it sort of opens the doors for a lot of people.<\/p>\n
