There was concern around Rashford\u2019s behaviour at Carrington<\/a>, and instead of fighting for his spot in the second half of the season, he left to join Aston Villa on loan.<\/p>\n Villa were unable to afford the 27-year-old this summer, so Rashford completed a \u2018dream\u2019 Barcelona loan<\/a> and has hit the ground running in Spain.<\/p>\n During his 10-year stint in the United first team, Rashford has played under several managers.<\/p>\n He has also been shoved into many different formations and styles of play and expected to adapt.<\/p>\n As quoted by The Telegraph<\/a>, Rashford told Gary Lineker\u2019s\u00a0Rest is Football podcast: \u201cPeople say that we\u2019ve been in a transition for years, but to be in a transition you have to start it. The actual transition hasn\u2019t started yet.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen Liverpool went through this, they got [Jurgen] Klopp and stuck with him. They didn\u2019t win in the beginning. People only remember his final few years when he was competing with City and winning the biggest trophies.<\/p>\n \u201cTo start a transition you have to make a plan and stick to it.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is where I speak about being realistic about what your situation is.
