Don’t blink, though, because it won’t look like that for long.

So, who’s next to be added to the Top 100? Here’s a list of players who could earn a spot soon.

Roldy Brito, OF/SS, Rockies

Brito is electric. He brings to the table bat speed, foot speed, athleticism and the potential to play two premium positions, and the early results this season at Low-A Fresno have been outstanding. There are some warts in his game—too many balls on the ground, in-zone miss—but when he makes the right kind of contact, he’s on a short list of the most exciting players in the low minors.

Justin Gonzales, OF, Red Sox

At just 19 years old, Gonzales has already established himself as one of the best ball-strikers in the sport. He can lose a pitch in any park from Fenway to Yellowstone, and he’s doing so as the second-youngest player in all of High-A. His exit velocity numbers stack up with some of the best prospects in the minor leagues, but he would get even more out of his raw juice by getting more balls in the air and being a bit more disciplined on pitches out of the zone. The Top 100 was made for sluggers like this.

Devin Fitz-Gerald, SS/2B, Nationals

After an excellent stint in the Arizona Complex League with the Rangers, Fitz-Gerald’s 2025 season was stopped by an injury in Low-A. Nonetheless, he was dealt to Washington in the MacKenzie Gore trade. Even with just 10 games of Low-A under his belt, the Nationals felt confident enough to move him to High-A Wilmington. So far, he’s thriving. He’s doing a strong job making contact and is producing a solid amount of pop in an atmosphere not known for being hitter-friendly. The Nationals have plenty of young infield talent already in the Top 100 with Eli Willits, Ronny Cruz and Seaver King. Is Fitz-Gerald next?

Taitn Gray, 1B, Rays

Just last month, Geoff Pontes identified Gray as a prospect ready to climb rankings. The Rays’ third-round pick in 2025 out of high school in Iowa, he jumped to Low-A for his pro debut, and so far is proving the confidence was warranted. Gray looks every bit of a classic masher who is capable of losing baseballs to all fields. He hits the ball hard, often and in the air, and has walked more than he’s struck out in the early going at Charleston. He’s moved off the catcher position he occupied as a prep, but his bat should be more than enough to profile anywhere on the diamond.

Charles Davalan, OF, Dodgers

Shocking though it may be, the Dodgers appear to have another talented outfielder. Davalan, ranked sixth in Los Angeles’ system, was the team’s supplemental first-round pick last summer, and he has hit the ground running as a pro. Though his at-bats aren’t very long, Davalan rarely misses or chases, and he hits the ball plenty hard and in the air. Combine the offensive skills with average outfield defense, and you have a player with a great deal of all-around value ready for a shot in the Top 100.

Yesterday, Baseball America went live with our latest Top 100 Prospects update.
