On Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> Live! the host spoke about the conflict in Iran and how the strait of Hormuz is still to be reopened.<\/p>\n While Trump claims that the US is close to a deal, Kimmel said it was \u201cstill very much in flux, as in what the flux are we doing over there?\u201d<\/p>\n Trump has been issuing more threats this week, which led Kimmel to joke that \u201chis list of threats is now longer than Kash Patel\u2019s bar tab\u201d.<\/p>\n It\u2019s meant that gas prices are still sky high, with California experiencing the highest in the country.<\/p>\n This week will also see Marco Rubio being sent to \u201cmake nice\u201d with the pope including asking him \u201cwhy God didn\u2019t answer his prayers for smaller ears\u201d.<\/p>\n Kimmel also said \u201che\u2019s hoping to get the pope down to five commandments\u201d.<\/p>\n He then spoke about a pre-Mother\u2019s Day event, where Melania Trump made comments about her husband\u2019s empathy that led to both of them laughing at the same time. \u201cI really feel like I brought those two back together,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n This week Trump has also been in a \u201creported beef\u201d with Marty Makary, the head of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
