Know the news with the 7NEWS app: Download today Arrow<\/a><\/p>\n In a shocking moment not shown on camera, Portelli took a hammer to the bathroom \u2014 literally smashing apart parts of the design.<\/p>\n In a video shared on Instagram, the LCMT+ founder can be seen demolishing the black toilet and shower doors, jokingly pretending to \u201caccidentally\u201d remove the dark features heavily criticised by the judges.<\/p>\n \u201cOops,\u201d Portelli captioned the video.<\/p>\n The billionaire, who donated the two houses being renovated on the show, also added a message for Emma and Michelle, saying: \u201cPlease don\u2019t hate me.\u201d<\/p>\n In a photo shared after the demolition, Portelli revealed the updated bathroom space.<\/p>\n \u201cWow what a difference just opening up those walls made,\u201d he captioned the after picture of the ensuite.<\/p>\n He also praised judge Neale Whitaker for his advice, adding he \u201cknows his stuff\u201d.<\/p>\n The emotional judging session left the Queensland mother-daughter duo<\/a> shattered after a week of mounting pressure, tight time constraints and a bold design gamble that failed to pay off.<\/p>\n Green did not hold back in her assessment of the ensuite.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was so much to process. I have no idea where this black tile came from,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cI cannot see that reflected in anything else throughout the whole house. It was big, blocky, dark, drab.\u201d<\/p>\n Fellow judge Simon Cohen echoed the criticism, describing the room as \u201cvery poor\u201d and admitting he struggled to find anything positive.<\/p>\n Whitaker also questioned the design direction, warning the pair earlier in the week that the black tiled nib walls would \u201cfeel like a dark tomb\u201d and that it was the wrong choice.<\/p>\n Despite receiving strong feedback on their study, Emma and Michelle scored just 21.5 out of 30, leaving them at the bottom of the leaderboard and emotionally drained.<\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re very deflated at the moment,\u201d Michelle admitted after the judging.<\/p>\n Emma also struggled with the harsh feedback, saying: \u201cWords are super hurtful.
