The Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> missed their opportunity to sign former San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings<\/a> this week, but the team still has options if it wants to acquire a veteran pass-catcher in free agency.<\/p>\n

Among the most notable players still on the market is superstar wideout Tyreek Hill, who is recovering from a serious injury sustained during the Miami Dolphins<\/a>‘ 2025 regular-season campaign.<\/p>\n

Hill started his career in Kansas City and would be a logical addition to the Chiefs’ offense as he seeks to get his career back on track following his lackluster tenure in Miami.<\/p>\n

According to the experts at Spotrac.com<\/a>, the fair market value of Hill’s next contract would be a deal that pays him $30,144,174 over two seasons, or roughly $15.1 million per year.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately for Kansas City’s front office, the Chiefs only have a little over $6 million in available cap space, so general manager Brett Veach would need to free up some room on his team’s payroll before exploring a move to reunite with Hill.<\/p>\n
