TUUR ROMMENS insists Rangers have plenty to play for and are determined to get back to winning ways against Celtic.<\/p>\n
The Light Blues head to Parkhead tomorrow, where they enjoyed a 3-1 Premiership victory in January. <\/p>\n
Rommens will get his first taste of an away Old Firm clash, and he wants to secure all three points for the supporters.<\/p>\n
Speaking to the media, he said: \u201cMonday\u2019s result [against Hearts] wasn\u2019t good, but we have reflected on it, and we go again on Sunday. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe leadership team has a lot of experience, so they helped us a lot to keep calm. The focus is now on the next game.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe think we can take something there. We have great players, and I am looking forward to it.<\/p>\n
\u201cParkhead is a big stadium, it is a derby, so it will be intense. I thought the pressure would be big here, but you have to experience it to understand it. <\/p>\n
“Whoever you play, it is about the next game, for the supporters, ourselves and the club, it is a big one.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have to look to win to help with the Champions League position. <\/p>\n
\u201cI think these are the biggest games of the season. A lot of people will watch it; everything around this game is so big.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen I came here, I really looked forward to these games. <\/p>\n
\u201cWe need to win the next three games, and we want to finish this season in a good way.<\/p>\n
\u201cEvery game is really important, and we need to make sure we win on Sunday for the club and the fans as well as ourselves.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou have to raise yourself, as we are all professionals, and we have to switch on. We have had some good training sessions, and we have a positive mood ahead of Sunday.\u201d <\/p>\n
Rommens made his return from injury at Tynecastle in his first appearance since the 4-1 win over Aberdeen in March.<\/p>\n
The Belgian left-back earned praise from team-mate and fellow defender Jayden Meghoma in recent weeks as they battle for a starting spot.<\/p>\n
Rommens believes the duo have helped each other, and he is glad to be back in action following his lay-off.<\/p>\n
He added: \u201cJayden is a really good player. He is so young, but he has been very impressive this season.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was pleased to hear I have helped him a little, but we help each other. When I came here, he was one of the first people to help me.<\/p>\n
\u201cI had a small issue with my leg, and I kept playing, which made it worse.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s frustrating not to play. No matter the result, when you can\u2019t play, you want to help the team. It was a pity to be on the sidelines for a few weeks.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think a full pre-season with the coach and squad will help me.” <\/p>\n
