Picture: Supplied<\/p>\n The big home was bought from Keri Spooner, the Waverley councillor who\u2019d paid $990,000 in 1996 with her late husband Brian O\u2019Neill, the former NSW Industrial Relations commissioner.<\/p>\n A review of the property purchases reveals Phillips has bought and sold property for Cummins over recent years, quietly so as not to upset their relationship. <\/p>\n Phillips sold Cummins\u2019 his former Bronte home, the revived Victorian manor Figtree House, for $9.5m in 2021. He now ranks sixth on the all-time wicket taking list with 315.<\/p>\n The couple met in 2013 at a bar in Kings Cross when Boston was an a working holiday visa from the UK. In 2021, they welcomed their first child, Albie. They had Edie, last year. It was bought for $13.1m in 2021.<\/p>\n Last November Clarke bought a tri-level mansion with a pool and tennis court for $19.85m which settled last month.
