Figures published last month by SQM Research showed Australia&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpamag.com\/au\/news\/general\/rental-vacancy-rate-unchanged-in-march\/485604\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">national residential vacancy rate<\/a> fell to 1% in March, down from 1.1% in February.
