Kelly Ripa<\/a>\u00a0doesn’t care if she’s a morning talk show host \u2014 she’ll bring any conversation to the breakfast table.\n<\/p>\n During the Wednesday, Aug. 13, edition of Live with Kelly and Mark<\/a>, the talk show host, 54, hilariously transitioned the conversation from a shoutout to her childhood friend in honor of National Left-Handers Day<\/a> to bra talk.\n<\/p>\n “Bras, bras, everyone,” she declared, while taking a peek at her notes. “Bras are older than you think, and I don’t mean just my bra. Play now!<\/a>\n<\/p>\n ABC<\/p>\n After her co-host (and husband),\u00a0Mark Consuelos<\/a> asked what the average age of her bras is,\u00a0Ripa joked, “thousands of years” because “they don’t get a big workout.”\n<\/p>\n “I’m not asking a lot of them, if you know what I’m saying. You know what I mean? Basically, I wear a bra to hold my microphone on,” she said while pointing to her back as the audience laughed. “That is why I wear a bra, not to hold anything else, because there’s nothing else there.”\n<\/p>\n She then said, “I don’t care if you’re offended. Shut it!” causing even more laughter. “That is why I wear a bra, just to put a microphone on. So, I don’t ask a lot.”\n<\/p>\n Consuelos, 54, joked that he “used to like the ones that had the little snaps in the front,” prompting Ripa to say that he was “very good” at handling them.\n<\/p>\n “I was so impressed. I was like ‘wow’ and I mean this guy knows his way around a bra,” said Ripa. We know that I’m flat-chested. It’s not a mystery at this point. It’s almost a point of pride,” she said.\n<\/p>\n
