An Instagram page teasing “something massive” coming soon from \ufeffK\ufeffyle Sandilands<\/a> has given fans false hope.<\/p>\n

The account, named ‘Kyle Sandilands Live’, shared a now-deleted video with the words “watch this space” followed by “something massive” with the date “01.07.26”.<\/p>\n

It was re-posed by a Sandilands fan page on Instagram, which has since \ufeffconfirmed the account was ‘fake’ and not associated with the radio host.\ufeff<\/p>\n

This comes amid Sandilands’ legal battle with the Australian Radio Network.<\/a> and the broadcaster recently teasing his comeback via a social media fan page.<\/p>\n

“Don’t tell anyone, but I’m working on a new project and all will be revealed soon,” he said in the video.<\/p>\n

“Thank you for your prayers \u2013 coming back guys, bigger than ever hopefully… actually not fatter.”<\/p>\n

Sandilands then detailed a diet his wife Tegan had put him on and how he’d cheated it with Twirl and a can of Coke, before his manager \ufeffBruno Bouchet was heard in the background telling him he looked great.<\/p>\n

“Thank you,” Sandilands said, before telling the camera, “That’s Bruno, he’s paid to say… well, he’s not paid at the moment.<\/p>\n

“Oh, that means so much more to me. Give us a cuddle.”<\/p>\n

The broadcaster also joked it came as “a surprise that I’ve even got fans left” before thanking them for their support since his surprise sacking from KIIS FM last month<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He’s now engaged in a legal battle over his 10-year $100 million contract with the station’s owners, Australian Radio Network (ARN)<\/a>, with the shock jock saying he just wants to be back on the airwaves and honour the remaining eight years of his contract.<\/p>\n

Sandilands, one half of the Kyle and Jackie O Show, was taken off the airwaves in February after an on-air \ufeffclash with his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson snowballed into a fight that ended their 25-year friendship and working relationship.<\/p>\n

Henderson claimed she lodged a complaint about her co-host previously and after the more recent incident, said she felt unsafe working alongside him and was subsequently also released from her contract.<\/p>\n

She’s now filed an $82.25 million suit against ARN, alleging her termination from her KIIS FM radio show with Sandilands was against the Fair Work Act.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Sandilands is seeking to have the remainder of his $100 million contract honoured.<\/p>\n

Court documents allege “consistent bullying” from Sandilands \u2013 which he has denied \u2013 made Henderson feel “psychologically unwell, defamed and humiliated”.<\/p>\n

ARN Media disputes Henderson and Sandilands’ claims and will defend against the suit in court.<\/p>\n

ARN is also counter-suing the duo, claiming they should both repay lost advertising revenue after the show was pulled off air, and that Sandilands should return 87.9 per cent of his $3 million sign-on bonus.<\/p>\n
