Speaking with Fight Hub TV overnight, former welterweight champ Norman Jnr was asked his prediction for the bout \u2026 and tipped Tszyu to be stopped within three minutes<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re going to see a different version of Errol Spence,\u201d he started. \u201cI feel like he\u2019s going to be better than he was in the past.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd what I mean by that is, first round knockout coming soon.<\/p>\n
\u201cTim Tszyu is going to sleep, man.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe boy ain\u2019t got nothing for him. My boy coming to Australia to give him the work, you feel me?<\/p>\n
\u201cErrol Spence is going to be a great fighter (again). I\u2019ve seen him in camp, hell of a fighter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Equally dismissive of Tszyu\u2019s chances this week was Stevenson.<\/p>\n
As first revealed by Fox Sports Australia, the pair have agreed to meet at a catchweight of 158lbs, despite Team Tszyu\u2019s best efforts to face the former unified welterweight champion at 154lbs.<\/p>\n
And Stevenson insists his countryman will be far too strong against Tszyu, while also suggesting the match up favours Spence stylistically.<\/p>\n
In fact, the WBO super lightweight champ has suggested Australia\u2019s longtime pay-per-view star will get \u201cdestroyed\u201d when headlines on July 26.<\/p>\n
\u201cI got Errol,\u201d the champ said on The Agnew Podcast this week. \u201cI don\u2019t think Tim Tszyu can do anything with him. I don\u2019t see Tim Tszyu being the guy to beat Errol.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor me, I feel like an in-the-box fighter like Tim Tszyu is going to get destroyed (fighting) like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Yet despite Spence\u2019s standing among the greatest fighters of the modern era, question marks still hang over the Texan given he hasn\u2019t fought in almost three years \u2013 and after being brutally stopped by Terence Crawford.<\/p>\n
Before losing to Crawford however, the former world champ had claimed victories over Danny Garcia and Yordenis Ugas, which both followed a serious car crash.<\/p>\n
Quizzed on the hyped headliner this week, undefeated US prospect Amari Jones \u2013 who has previously sparred rounds with Tszyu — stressed his former Aussie training partner would be up for the challenge, and predicted fireworks from his aggressive style.<\/p>\n
Speaking with FightHype about their time together, and what he learned, the Las Vegas middleweight replied: \u201cMan, Tim is going to come to fight, no doubt about it.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe saw that with him and [Sebastian] Fundora. He\u2019s going to come to fight.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd Errol is not backing down from nothing. We\u2019ve seen that numerous times, which is only going to make this a more interesting fight.<\/p>\n
\u201cWho is going to be the one to back down? Or who is going to be the one that finishes the fight \u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
Asked for a prediction, Jones said: \u201cHonestly, with that fight, you just don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n
\u201cEJ is real confident, but you just don\u2019t know what Errol is going to show up to the fight.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I can\u2019t give a prediction, I just want the best man to win.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut Tim is my guy.
