Combining black-and-white analog photography, video installation and soundscape, the project follows a retired sailor haunted by memory, desire and mortality. Conceived as a visual diary for an unmade film, the exhibition explores identity, masculinity and aging through cinematic imagery and fragmented self-portraiture. The work forms part of an international trilogy extending to Bangkok and Sydney.
