Yungblud<\/a>‘s team have spoken out \ufeffafter Machine Gun Kelly<\/a> allegedly slammed the singer on social media in a now-deleted post.<\/p>\n

Yungblud, whose real name is \ufeffDominic Harrison, posted an Instagram video<\/a> saying “artists are cancelling [concerts] all the time” because ticket sales have become “completely unaffordable”.<\/p>\n

Kelly (also known as MGK) is said to have hit back with a now-deleted comment which instead accused \ufeffYungblud, \ufeff28, of cancelling his tour because he “couldn’t sell tickets” and “blamed it on mental health”.<\/p>\n

He also allegedly called Yungblud a “silver spooned preachy w–ker”. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Yungblud’s team have since clapped back at the singer, sharing a statement with TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Dom’s message was about the growing reality that live music is becoming financially impossible for a lot of young fans. It was never directed at any individual artist,” said the representative.<\/p>\n

“To weaponise somebody’s mental health in a public space like this is incredibly disappointing.<\/p>\n

“Dom has always been honest about his struggles and has worked hard to encourage open conversations around mental wellbeing.”<\/p>\n

The team also shut down MGK’s claims about Yungblud’s cancelled tour, revealing there were multiple factors \ufeffbehind the decision.<\/p>\n

The original video, which now has 891,000 views, was a push to cheaper fan experiences and his own project BLUDFEST which aims to “battle unaffordable live music\ufeff prices”.<\/p>\n

Part of MGK’s alleged comment was calling out Yungblud for charging “the same price as every other artist” despite the singer’s stance on ticket prices.<\/p>\n

Fans have since rushed to the comments in search of any evidence of the two rockstars feuding.<\/p>\n

“Who’s here for the MGK comment,” said one follower in a comment that’s amassed over 1.8k likes.<\/p>\n

“Did he remove MgK’s comment?\ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83e\udd23,” wrote another.<\/p>\n

“I’m disappointed, I came to see MGK comment and… it’s gone. That’s okay, screenshots are forever. \ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02,” posted a third.<\/p>\n

nine.com.au have contacted Yungblud and MGK’s team for comment. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Yungblud cancelled the remainder of his 2025 tour dates while on his Idols World Tour. \ufeff<\/p>\n

He revealed on social media at the time that doctors have ordered him to take a break before continuing in 2026 with his North American leg.\ufeff<\/p>\n

“My heart is broken… I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know that this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you,” he said at the time.<\/p>\n

The singer cancelled his November gigs in the US as well as planned gigs in Mexico City and Latin America\ufeff.<\/p>\n

He returned to his tour in January 2026 for the Australian leg. \ufeff<\/p>\n

Yungblud most recently performed in Australia January this year. At the same time his new album IDOLS reached No. 1 on the ARIA albums charts.\ufeff<\/p>\n

Over the years he’s released a total \ufefffour studio albums, rapidly gaining an international fanbase loyally devoted to him as a musician.<\/p>\n

\ufeffIn 2022, he released the self-titled album Yungblud, including a song titled The Funeral, which he described at the time as “pretty rock and roll”.<\/p>\n
