M\ufeffike Tindall<\/a> has dropped the names of two of the most controversial members of the British royal family, despite being warned not to.<\/p>\n

The 47-year-old, who is married to Zara Tindall<\/a>, the daughter of Princess Anne, \ufeffwas speaking at the Hay Literary Festival in Wales, for his podcast The Good, The Bad and The Rugby<\/p>\n

During the filming, the royal husband made a few light-hearted jokes about Prince Harry<\/a> and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor<\/a>, according to Hello! Magazine.<\/p>\n

He was chatting with his co-hosts James Haskell and Alex Payne. <\/p>\n

Payne had joked Tindall has his own “bedroom at Buckingham Palace” quipping “opposite end to Andrew though.”:<\/p>\n

He then note the comment was controversial, having been told backstage to “maybe stay away from Andrew tonight,” as reported by Royal Central<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mike couldn’t resist a more subtle dig, though, laughing with his friends about the corrective rhinoplasty he had in 2018.<\/p>\n

“Taxpayers’ money fixed it. It’s got the royal warrant if you look inside it,” he joked, in reference to Andrew reportedly using taxpayer money to fund his lifestyle.<\/p>\n

The jokes came hours before \ufeffThames Valley Police reported their investigation into the former Prince will be widened<\/a> to include sex crimes, after a woman was allegedly taken to his Windsor home for “sexual purposes”.<\/p>\n

Andrew wasn’t the only royal targeted during the taping, though Mike’s jabs at his wife’s cousin Prince Harry were more light-hearted.\ufeff<\/p>\n

When his 2011 wedding to his wife Zara was mentioned, Mike said that he was surprised Haskell had not made more of a fool o\ufefff himself on the night.<\/p>\n

“A lot of other people managed that way better than you \u2013 [like] Harry, when he was fun,” Mike said, according to Hello! Magazine.<\/p>\n

The Tindalls were formerly very close to the Duke of Sussex,\ufeff especially before his marriage to Meghan, Duchess of Sussex in 2018 and consequent separation from the royal family.<\/p>\n

Harry is also the godfather of \ufefftheir daughter Lena, who is now seven.<\/p>\n
