Dead by Daylight<\/a>\u00a0will add\u00a0Friday the 13th\u2018s iconic killer Jason Voorhees as part of an update that will release on 17 June here in Australia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe mask is on. The machete is dripping. The massacre has begun,\u201d developer Behaviour Interactive said in a teaser video, which we\u2019ve embedded below.<\/p>\n

Beyond the tease, we don\u2019t know much more about what Jason will bring to the asymmetrical horror title; a larger livestream of the killer is planned for 15 June here in Australia (right in time for Summer Game Fest).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Jason has appeared in a number of video games and game franchises to date, including appearances in\u00a0MultiVersus\u00a0and\u00a0Mortal Kombat X\u00a0alongside his own, now-shuttered, asymmetrical horror title<\/a>. He\u2019s also in Friday the 13th Killer Puzzle<\/a>, which we adore.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have more on\u00a0Jason as it\u2019s revealed.<\/p>\n

Dead by Daylight<\/a>\u00a0is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5, and Switch.<\/p>\n
