The \u201crevolutionary\u201d Nike Air Max 1000 is essentially constructed from a single piece of recyclable material that eliminates any need for laces, straps, or what have you\u2026 Its elastic form essentially wraps perfectly around the foot. A \u201cwearable sculpture,\u201d if you will.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe soft, responsive design blends a utilitarian build with plush support and jaw-dropping looks,\u201d explains Zellerfeld. <\/p>\n
\u201cWavy patterns and textured tooling throughout the upper mimic the original Air Max 1 mudguard, creating depth and complexity. The laceless design makes it simple to slip into the familiar feeling of Max Air-infused bliss.\u201d<\/p>\n

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of its release, Oakley has teamed up with Vancouver-based retailer Haven to resurrect the Tailend shades.<\/p>\n

Taking centre stage for this partnership is their\u00a0Whisky-Aged Riverina Striploin MBS 3+: a premium cut that\u2019s been dry-aged and slow-infused with Archie Rose\u2019s award-winning Single Cask whisky.<\/p>\n
Weeks of maturation have effectively deepened the flavour, delivering an intensely rich and buttery texture that\u2019s apparently \u201clike nothing else on Sydney\u2019s menus.\u201d And in true Poetica-fashion, it\u2019ll be cooked over an open-flame grill to draw out that complex smoky taste.\u00a0<\/p>\n
This unique dish is set to be celebrated at a one-night-only dinner dubbed \u2018The Whisky Slow Down,\u2019 taking place on\u00a0August 20th from 6 PM at Poetica Bar & Grill. The beef will even be fired over repurposed whisky barrel staves for an even deeper, richer, and smokier result.<\/p>\n

As for the diners who are unable to attend the culinary event of the quarter, fear not\u2026 that headline-making striploin will also be showcased on Poetica\u2019s \u00e0 la carte menu for the entirety of this month.<\/p>\n
