{"id":695059,"date":"2026-05-26T05:58:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T05:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/695059\/"},"modified":"2026-05-26T05:58:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T05:58:11","slug":"nordic-cyclists-join-climate-focused-ride-in-shanghai","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/695059\/","title":{"rendered":"Nordic cyclists join climate-focused ride in Shanghai"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1712341 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Nordic-Shanghai-bikerace-735x490.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"735\" height=\"490\"  \/>Cyclists from China and the Nordic countries joined a climate-focused ride in Shanghai promoting sustainable urban living and green lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>More than 100 cyclists from China and the Nordic countries took part in a sustainability-themed cycling event along Shanghai\u2019s Huangpu River on 25 May.<\/p>\n<p>The event brought together participants from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden living in Shanghai, alongside international schools and expatriate communities in Pudong.<\/p>\n<p>Cyclists completed a 24-kilometre route focused on climate action, green living and sustainable urban development.
